T's will be a Gildan Regular Cotton T Style #5000 in the color chosen for each grade.  
The deadline to order will be February 11th with delivery by February 21st.

Please provide Student Name, Grade and the Teacher they have at the end of the day. 
Items will be delivered to the school and distributed by the teachers.
