T's will be a Gildan Regular Cotton T Style #5000 in the color chosen for each grade.  
The deadline to order will be January 10th with delivery by January 21st.  
Please provide Student Name, Grade and the Teacher they have at the end of the day. 
Items will be delivered to the school and distributed by the teachers.
